We all know that the clutch behaviour only affects acceleration and not top speed

Delta Clutch was born in the racing scene as an irreplaceable tool. On track it has
allowed the Malossi team mechanics to adjust automatic clutches of the scooters rapidly
and accurately, depending on the type of track and the type of engine tuning.
The
perfect operation of this automatic device is fundamental to obtain a good start
from standstill, and to exit from tight bends where the speed of the vehicle decreases.
The advantages offered by these clutches when compared with the standard ones are
huge, even for a road vehicle, because they allow sophisticated tune-ups for a very
wide range of engine revs.
Delta Clutch is marketed with a sport tune-up, coupled
with a range of optional accessories that allow for a race setting at the highest
levels.
Delta Clutch is adaptable for both competition and city and sporting use:
these clutch assemblies were designed by Malossi, who is directly is in control of
their production,materials choice.
After fitting, each clutch assembly is balanced
on a special computer managed machine, within values around 3/10 of a gram.

Clutch is supplied assembled and set for road and sporting use, with three white
small springs with a 1,6 mm-diameter wire.
Two springs sets, one for road use, art.
29 8746 , and one for racing use, art. 29 8747 are supplied on request, which allow
to increase enormously the Delta Clutch setting range.
We all know that clutch behaviour
only affects acceleration, and not speed, the- refore there are no certification
problems for these devices.
This is even more stimulating in creating other novelties
to satisfy our customers.

Fly Clutch
The new automatic clutch, is the result of the experience that Malossi engineers
have accumulated with the Delta Cutch® adjustable automatic clutch.
This new clutch
has been designed and constructed to adapt perfectly toa standard vehicle and guarantee
impeccable performance on all occasions.
The Fly Clutch® automatic clutch is supplied
pre-calibrated according to instructions supplied by our engineers after exhaustive
testing on accelerometer benches to check the reliability of every part of this new
Malossi product.
Therefore, the Fly Clutch® is a high-technology replacement that
offers maximum reliability and extremely long life: a state-of-the-art component
for all racing scooters.

Stage 6 Clutch
The improved version of the very successful Stage6 Torque Control Clutch. In order to cater for the performance of the new R/T cylinder, the linings have been enlarged and the weight of the clutch shoe increased. Unlike the weights of the MKII's predecessor, which had to be screwed on, these ones can simply be slipped on.The adjustment method of the MKI has been kept. Due to its rotated construction with the clutch springs facing the clutch bell, the patented system makes this the only clutch to allow for full and continuous adjustment without having to take the clutch off. In combination with the Stage6 CNC clutch bell, you won't even have to remove the clutch bell to adjust clutch engagement.Thanks to the markings on the continuous spring preload screws, every spring can be precisely adjusted. The 8-point weight correction on the back of the clutch shoes offers a multitude of possibilities how to adapt the clutch engagement. The construction makes the most of the available engine torque. We recommend using white springs for sport cylinders; orange ones for midrace; and the optionally available red ones for high-end cylinders. We can offer Densomet weight sets for very highly tuned engines, which further increase the weight of the clutch shoes

The patented Stage6 clutch can be adjusted to any possible engine characteristic and use, by using a continuous preload spring adjustment and by a variety of screw-in weights. For preload adjustment the clutch can actually remain on the gearshaft. The clutch unit is extremely strong with a bolt-on backplate, hence it can withstand extreme engine torque.
The Stage6 WingCooler clutch bell is the ideal partner for the clutch. Clutches are notoriously sensitive regarding operating temperature. With its cooling fins, the bell creates a permanent airflow which helps to keep the clutch cool.
