Stage6 Sport PRO
With their new SportPRO variator kit, Stage6 again introduce a state-of-the-art
tuning part into their product range. The variator comes adjusted for use with a
50cc cylinder and a Stage6 ProReplica exhaust system. It has been developed and optimised
for use with Stage6 SportPro/ Streetrace or similar 70cc sport cylinders though.
The back of the variator and the roller tracks are hard coated, the running surface
is, however, uncoated. On the one hand this reduces the running surfaceâs lifespan,
on the other hand the increased friction coefficients result in better performance.
Furthermore, the coating cannot flake off, as it may happen with hardcoated running
surfaces, which would lead to quicker wear or even breaking of the drive belt. Included
in this kit are the variator with bushing, back plate with low-friction coating,
shims, a set of roller weights (16x13) and a torque spring
Vario Weights Set Stage6
Inexpensive variomatic adjustment kit by Stage6. The set
consists of 4x6 roller cores and roller shells made of a very wear-resistent plastic
that is not affected by temperature changes. The roller shells of course are also
available as spare parts. For better identification the individual rollers have the
weight printed on them, so mixing them up (as it can happen with other sets) becomes
impossible. The set comes in a shatter-proof box.

Multivar is very easy to fit and to modify.
It is developed in detail
and for specific applications.
With a variator that features such sophistication,

ease at high speeds and a constancy in performance you've never experienced before
with the original variator.

Malossi Rollers
CALIBRATED ROLLERS WITH HIGH PRECISION
for original speed variators and Multivar.
HTRolls
are made with CPT with a specific formula and their weight is marked on one side.
HTRolls
represent a technical spare part for the original one, in a complete series of calibrated
elements capable of varying your scooter's transmission ratio and perfectly regulating
its speed and acceleration.
Operation
Due to the rotation, the weight of the rollers
becomes a centrifugal force; the higher the rollers weight, the lower the gear change
time, and vice-versa.
Variator calibration
To optimize engine's performance, select
rollers that in operation, maintain the engine at the highest power regime. By diminishing
the rollers weight the engine s RPM increases; on the contrary, by increasing the
rollers weight the RPM decreases.
Torque Spring
These black-coated torque springs from Stage6 are available in different strengths. Due to tuning, the drive belt may start to slip, which will make a stronger torque spring necessary. You will usually notice that the engine revs up but you can't feel any acceleration. The strength of a torque spring is marked on the spring itself so you won't have any problems identifying it
Torque Driver
Malossi mobile driven split pulley comes from our racing department's many years of experience, and is manufactured with the best possible special nitrided steels in order to ensure a long life.
This component called Torque Driver for its specific function of determining the exact shifting moment, was calculated to give the vehicle the maximum possible acceleration in connection with the specific power of any single engine. The spiral's peculiar shape was studied to fix the RPMs on the point of maximum power.
It was expressly created to complete the development of boosted motors withour cylinders, variators and the special Malossi Kevlar Belts, allowing to fully exploit your vehicle's notable torque and power.
The new Malossi mobile driven split pulley ensures, on boosted vehicles,extraordinary acceleration and an extremely progressive and fluid torque output to the wheel. The tracks on the Malossi mobile driven split pulley were studied and designed on CAD-CAM systems and machined on CNC machinetools in order to guarantee total interchangeability with the original component and extremely high machining accuracy.
This new Malossi product is a concentrate of today's state-of-the-art technology.
